Progressive Die Stamping with Value Added Machining

This operation uses multiple cutting and/or forming operations simultaneously. The progressive tooling allows for the material to lock the heat sink together.

This application is used with copper or sheet metal and can be soldered to an extruded piece of aluminum or used with heat pipe for optimum thermal performance by the addition of value added machining for custom applications.
