annual capacity of more than 20 million pounds of extruded aluminum.
Our production
operations consist of 300,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse
space, several hundred pieces of machinery and a complete plating facility
with locations in the United States, Taiwan and throughout Asia. Our capabilities
ensure aggressive responsiveness to our customers’ needs and allow

Aluminum
Extrusion Facility ISO 9001
Getec provides a full line of extruded aluminum products including high
performance heat sinks and custom shapes. Our in-house tooling, complete
with 15 wire EDM machines, gives us the fastest turnaround time in the
industry.
Specializing
in the production of 6000 series aluminum alloy, our 3 extrusion presses
range in capacity from 500 to 3,000 tons with diameters of 1/32”
to 16”.
Aluminum
Die Casting ISO 9002
Getec’s aluminum die casting facility provides our customers with
a lightweight product that can withstand the highest operating temperatures.
With 25 Presses and up to 700 tons, we have solutions for all your casting
needs.
Aluminum
die casting is ideal for a broad range of networking and infrastructure
equipment, namely RF filter boxes and housings that require heat dissipation,
and provides durability with minimal weight for shields and housings.
CNC
Machining ISO 9002
Getec’s 50 CNC mills are dedicated to accurate and efficient fabrication
offering CNC turning, precision sawing, and screw-machining capabilities.
Our technology, coupled advanced equipment and progressive manufacturing
techniques, provides Getec customers with quick turnaround short lead
time quality parts.
Getec
is dedicated to providing quality parts from prototype to production and
has a reputation as a leader in the industry. In addition, Getec has an
impressive array of software and computer information equipment. Our fully
equipped quality control department includes state of the art CMM’s
to insure the highest standards of quality of our CNC operations.
Metal
Stamping ISO 9002
Getec has over 120 presses with a capacity of up 200 tons and has been
a key supplier of sheet metal products to industry leaders in the electronic,
computer, building and construction, aerospace, automotive, and a variety
of other industries.
We provide
our customers with precision, close tolerance parts and components using
a multitude of materials and specifications. Our assemblies range in size
and include a wide variety of shapes including flat areas, bends, holes,
slots, brackets, EMI shields, clamps, Folded Fin designs, and screens.
Plating
ISO 9002
Getec also offers a full range of metal finishing services from plating,
at our state-of-the-art plating facility, to powder coating, painting,
and silk-screening. Getec is truly your one stop shop.
Assembly
and Packaging ISO 9002
Getec provides specialized, mechanical sub-assembly of machined parts,
castings, stampings, extruded aluminum, and components such as hardware
installation. When inexpensive sub-components are assembled in the United
States or other countries, it can add a great deal of cost to a product.
Getec can assemble your sub components to help you keep the entire cost
of your sub-assembly at a minimum.

also provides packaging solutions for your products so they arrive on
